TORONTO and BOSTON – November 1, 2007 – Avotus Corporation, the leading provider of Telecom Expense Management (TEM) and eProcurement solutions, today announced that it has appointed David Sanders to the Company’s Board of Directors, and Ralph Welborn, Ph.D. to the Company’s Executive Advisory Board, effective immediately. These appointments will substantially strengthen Avotus’ domain expertise in a variety of industries and support the Company’s longer-term goal to expand more broadly into the BPO and IT services industry.

Mr. Sanders has more than 30 years of diverse leadership in the services industry, and most recently served as Managing Director of Corporate Development for TPI where he developed TPI’s Public Sector business. Previously, he was the President of Commercial Solutions for Perot Systems, where he built the Company’s commercial business.

 Mr. Sanders is also credited with opening the first Perot Systems office in Shanghai, China. Prior to Perot, he was a senior partner with BearingPoint, where he led the systems integration practice. Previously, he served as Managing Director for SHL Systemhouse.

 Mr. Welborn is a senior business IT executive who has built and led global business transformation and systems integration efforts at some of the world‘s largest management consulting and systems integration firms. Most recently, Mr. Welborn was Senior Vice President of Global Solutions, including Strategy & Systems Integration at BearingPoint, and also served as Managing Partner of Transformation at Unisys, among other positions with a focus on Financial Services, Telecommunications (convergence), Media, Manufacturing, Consumer Electronics, and Federal Agencies, primarily.
