Prior to that, he lead the creation of a new business centered on the Oracle Collaboration Suite at Oracle Corporation, and held the role of Vice President of Oracle’s Strategic Marketing and Planning Group where he reported to the President and COO. Kapoor was a co-founder of E-Stamp Corporation where he was credited with creating the market for Internet postage and led the company to a successful IPO. Previously, Kapoor was Director of Worldwide Business Strategy at Microsoft Corporation, reporting to the Office of the President.

Mr. Kapoor earned a B.S. in Physics from the University of Birmingham and an M.S. in Computer Systems from the Cranfield Institute of Technology, both of which are located in the United Kingdom.
