Our approach is inherently collaborative. From the time we first learn about an opportunity through the due diligence and deal making processes to the period after we make our investment, we draw on a wide range of expertise from our core team members and our Extended Organization. We collaborate by channelling our resources through a lead partner on each investment who assumes principal responsibility for building a close working relationship with the management of individual portfolio companies. Typically, our involvement extends far beyond the Board of Directors. We excel at the critical moments throughout a company’s life, when bold action and streamlined execution are often required in response to both expected and unexpected developments.
