INVESTMENT CRITERIA
We seek out innovative entrepreneurs and innovative entrepreneurial companies who are out to change the way things are done. In doing so, their vision must translate into a compelling, quantifiable, and a competitive position versus other contenders.
We are looking first and foremost for an exceptional management team with proven capabilities and deep domain expertise of its technology and markets. They must be able to demonstrate a significant personal commitment to their business.
There must be a sound business model that maps a clear path for the company to reach projected sales of at least C $100 million within the Fund's investment horizon.
